dc.description | The study aimed to find out the relationship between the quality of professional life and organizational citizenship behavior. The study started from the problem: “What is the relationship between the quality of professional life and organizational citizenship behavior?” The study was applied to a sample of professors and administrators from the College of Humanities and Social Sciences, Department of Sociology, Ibn Khaldun University - Tiaret - In our study, we relied on the questionnaire tool, applying the descriptive approach, and our study concluded with a set of results, the most important of which are: - There is a relationship between working conditions and organizational citizenship behavior among professors and administrators at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Department of Sociology, Ibn Khaldun University, Tiaret. -There is a relationship between social relations and organizational citizenship behavior among professors and administrators at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Department of Sociology, Ibn Khaldun University, Tiaret. -There is a relationship between wages - rewards and organizational citizenship behavior among professors and administrators at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Department of Sociology, Ibn Khaldun University, Tiaret. | en_US |
