dc.description	The study aimed to examine the role of participatory leadership in motivating workers at the hemodialysis hospital in the state of Tiaret. That is, the researcher tried, through this research, to identify the role played by the participatory style as a modern management method and to motivate workers. The study population consisted of all hospital workers, and the sample was chosen by Comprehensive community survey, which consisted of 60 workers. The researcher also used the questionnaire as a basic tool in the research, and the statistical method was used in analyzing the study data The study reached a number of conclusions, including: that hospital management follows the democratic style, which is concerned with workers’ participation in decision-making, and that participatory leadership increases workers’ motivation and leads to their motivation at work, and that mutual trust between the leader and workers works to enhance capabilities and their sense of responsibility towards work. Leader flexibility leads to workers responding to the leadership style and motivating them to work	en_US
