dc.descriptionThis study dealt with the topic of administrative leadership and its impact on bringing about organizational change in the Directorate of Ibn Khaldun University of Tiaret, which is considered one of the most important topics that has received great interest from researchers and specialists in the social sciences, especially the sociology of work and organization. We have divided our study into two aspects: .Theoretical and field aspects The theoretical aspect of the study: We tried through it to clarify the theoretical and conceptual framework of the study, which includes the problem, formulating hypotheses, defining the objectives of the study, and its importance in addition to the reasons for choosing the topic, defining the concepts of the study, presenting previous studies and commenting on them, and we pointed out the most important .concepts explaining the topic. the The field aspect of the study: During which we tried to clarify the variables and dimensions of the study at the Ibn Khaldun University Directorate. As a model for the study, we relied on the descriptive approach, and we chose the quota purposive sample, which included 52 respondents distributed into 3 categories: executives, implementation agents, and control agents, representing 50% of the study population. Of 104 employees, we also relied on the questionnaire technique as a basic tool in collecting data, and we used the SPSS program by employing several parameters, including: the phi coefficient, the squared coefficient, and the .concordance coefficient This study aimed to clarify the relationship between administrative leadership and .organizational change Finally, we analyzed and interpreted the field data, and the discussion in light of the hypotheses and previous studies. Accordingly, our study reached a number of results related to the hypotheses and objectives of the study, which are that administrative leadership (democratic leadership, autocratic leadership) contributes to bringing .about organizational change in the Ibn Khaldun University Directorate.
