dc.description	Zawiyas and Quranic schools are the most important religious institutions that have contributed to education and learning, and their activity has extended to the political side. In this research, we touched on the history of these institutions and their activity towards French colonialism and their effective role in resisting colonialism, so that they highlighted a number of national figures, including Al-Fadhil Al-Wartalani, who is considered one of the figures. The reformism that Algeria experienced during the first half of the twentieth century, where he was able, based on his religious formation and relying on his intellectual and reformist principles derived from his association with the sheikhs of the Association of Muslim Scholars, to work on spreading awareness-raising ideas with a reformist dimension in its religious, social, and even political aspects inside and outside the country.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تعد الزوايا والمدارس القرآنية من اهم المؤسسات الدينية التي ساهمت في التربية والتعليم ولقد امتد نشاطها حتى الجانب السياسي ، وفي هذا البحث تطرقنا الى تاريخ هذه المؤسسات ونشاطها اتجاه الاستعمار الفرنسي ودورها الفعال في مقاومة الاستعمار ، بحيث ابرزت عدة شخصيات وطنية من بينها الفضيل الورتلاني الذي يعتبر من الشخصيات الاصلاحية التي عرفتها الجزائر خلال النصف الاول من القرن العشرين.	en_US
