dc.description | The primary objective of the study is to verify hypotheses in the field and provide contributions to the institution; as well as to attempt to determine if individual decision-making and the application of bureaucracy achieve organizational effectiveness. Additionally, the study aims to explore the interest in informal organization and its contribution to achieving organizational effectiveness; to understand the role of boosting workers' morale within the organization; and to investigate how the institution operates under the influence of the external environment and how management methods under various conditions impact organizational effectiveness. We used interviews and observations to collect data, ensuring alignment with the nature of the subject, by following a descriptive analytical method. The sample was a purposive sample composed of 16 individuals. Our research concluded with several key findings: the value of teamwork contributes to the effective management of the institution, and collective decisions within the institution foster a sense of belonging among workers, leading to job satisfaction. Additionally, recognizing workers as having social value within the institution, linking lack of interest in work to the absence of professional conscience, and operating with an open system where resources enter and exit the institution all contribute to achieving organizational effectiveness. | en_US |
