| dc.description | The memorandum titled "Omar Ouamrane and His Role in the Algerian Liberation Revolution (1919-1992)" is a study presented to address a revolutionary figure, Omar Ouamrane, born in 1919 in the Daira of Draâ El Mizan, currently part of the Tizi Ouzou province. As a colonel, he was involved in the Cherchell Military School, where he worked on recruiting Algerian soldiers and conducting sabotage operations within the school. He joined the Algerian People's Party in 1945, and then the Movement for the Triumph of Democratic Liberties in 1946, performing his duties with great enthusiasm and precision. Ouamrane joined forces with Krim Belkacem, becoming his deputy in the Third Region and working on preparing for and successfully launching the revolution there. He led military support operations in the Fourth Region in 1954, conducting successful operations and becoming its commander in 1955, establishing a robust political and military organization. In 1957, Ouamrane was assigned a mission to Tunisia by the Committee of Coordination and Execution, which he successfully completed, overcoming the challenges he faced | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | عنوان المذكرة عمر أوعمران ودوره في الثورة التحريرية (1919-1992) وهي دراسة مقدمة لمعالجة شخصية من الشخصيات الثورية ألا وهي عمر أوعمران، من مواليد 1919م بدائرة ذراع الميزان التابعة لولاية تيزي وزو حاليا. كان العقيد منخرطا في صفوف مدرسة شرشال العسكرية، وعمل فيها على استمالة المجندين الجزائريين والقيام بعمليات تخريبية في المدرسة، انظم الى حزب الشعب الجزائري سنة 1945م، ثم إلى حركة الإنتصار للحريات الديمقراطية 1946م، وكان يؤدي عمله فيهما بكل حماس و إتقان. التحق أوعمران بكريم بالقاسم وأصبح نائبا له في المنطقة الثالثة وعمل على التحضير للثورة التحريرية وإنجاح انطلاقتها هناك،كما قاد الدعم العسكري في المنطقة الرابعة 1954م بعمليات ناجحة وأصبح قائدا عليها في سنة 1955م، وأرسى فيها تنظيما سياسيا وعسكريا محكما. في سنة 1957 كلف أوعمران بمهمة إلى تونس من طرف لجنة التنسيق والتنفيذ وكان قد تمكن من أدائها على أكمل وجه وصد المشاكل التي واجهته. | en_US |
