Description: This study dealt with the topic of human resources development methods and their role in enhancing the level of organizational effectiveness in the Directorate of Ibn Khaldun University of Tiaret, which is considered one of the most important topics that has received great interest from researchers and specialists in the social sciences, especially in the sociology of work and organization. We have ,By dividing our studies into two aspects, the .theoretical aspect and the field aspect The theoretical aspect of the study: We tried through it to clarify the theoretical and conceptual framework of the study, which includes the problem, formulating hypotheses, determining the objectives of the study, and its importance in addition to the reasons for choosing the topic, defining the concepts of the study, presenting previous studies and commenting on them. .We also referred to the various theories explaining the topic The field aspect of the study: We followed an integrated strategy to diagnose the actual reality, the variables, and the dimensions of the study in the Ibn Khaldun University Directorate. As a model for the study, we relied on the descriptive approach and our choice of the quota purposive sample, which included 52 respondents distributed into 3 socio-professional categories (directors, control agents, agents). It was implemented by 50% of the study population, which consisted of 104 employees. We also relied on the questionnaire technique as a basic tool in collecting data, and we used statistical package program 5055 by employing several parameters, including .the Phi coefficient, C-squared coefficient, and the concordance coefficient This study aimed to clarify the relationship between human resources development methods and organizational effectiveness Finally, we analyzed and interpreted the field data, and discussed them in light of hypotheses, theories, and previous studies. Accordingly, our current study reached a number of results related to the hypotheses and objectives of the study, which are that methods of developing human resources (formation, planning, and motivation) contribute to investigation Organizational effectiveness of the Ibn Khaldoun University Directorate in Tiaret
