dc.description	This study seeks to highlight these three personalities: Khadari Ismail, Ben Salim Issa and Ben Khalil Abdelsalam, by addressing their lives, their education and their political and professional activities under the name of "political doctors". The study also aims to highlight their active role at the level of the Algerian Council. dc.description.abstract	تسعى هذه الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على هذه الشخصيات الثلاث: لخضاري اسماعيل، بن سالم عيسى وبن خليل عبد السلام وذلك من خلال التطرق لحياتهم، تعليمهم ونشاطاتهم السياسية والمهنية تحت مسمى "الاطباء السياسيون"، كما تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دورهم الفعال على مستوى المجلس الجزائري. بالإضافة الي ذلك، تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استعراض القضايا التي طرحوها على مستوى المجلس وكيفية تفاعلهم مع المشهد السياسي والاجتماعي في الجزائر خلال الفترة الممتدة من 1948-1956.	en_US
