dc.description	The subject of our research covers aspects of the life of the mujahid and activist Baqi Boualem and sheds light on his struggle career, in which he preserved religious values and his Arab-Islamic identity. Despite all the miserable circumstances he lived through during his studies, he remained in first place in all phases. Speaking about Baqi Boualem’s struggle from the political side, we touched on his struggle in the ranks of the People’s Party, in coordination with the parties. He performed his work with all dedication and secrets, which made him gain great popularity that helped him win the municipal elections, but the French authorities framed him and imprisoned him for seven years. Speaking about the revolutionary activity of this character, he supported the great liberation revolution. He was able to frame several works that he was assigned despite the illness and the miserable conditions that the revolutionaries lived in at that time. After independence, Baqi Boualem held several positions, including Minister of Religious Affairs and Minister of Justice, and rose through the ranks of responsibilities until he passed away in his hometown in the state of El Bayadh on January 16, 2017, may God have mercy on him, leaving a record full of achievements that served his country and its people.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	يغطي موضوع بحثنا جوانب من حياة المجاهد والمناضل باقي بوعلام وتسليط الضوء على مسيرته النضالية الذي كان محافظ على القيم الدينية وعلى هويته العربية الإسلامية، رغم كل الظروف التعيسة التي عاشها في مرحلة دراسته إلا انه ظل متربعا على المرتبة الأولى في جميع الأطوار. بالتحدث عن المسيرة النضالية لباقي بوعلام من الجانب السياسي تطرقنا إلى نضاله في صفوف حزب الشعب، وذلك بتنسيق الأحزاب، فكان يؤدي عمله بكل تفاني وإسرار مما جعله يكتسب شعبية كبيرة ساعدته في الفوز بالانتخابات البلدية، لكن السلطات الفرنسية لفقت له تهما وسجنته لمدة سبع سنوات. بالحديث عن النشاط الثوري لهذه الشخصية، فقد ساند الثورة التحريرية الكبرى، استطاع تأطير عدة أعمال كلّف بها رغم المرض والظروف المزرية التي عاشها الثوار آنذاك. تقلّد باقي بوعلام بعد الاستقلال عدّة مناصب منها وزيرا الشؤون الدينية ووزيرا للعدل، وترقى في سلّم المسؤوليات إلى أن وافته المنية بمسقط رأسه بولاية البيض في 16 جانفي 2017 رحمه الله مخلفا سجلا مليئا بالانجازات خدمت وطنه وشعبه.	en_US
