dc.description	This study dealt with the subject of psychological experience and its impact on the criminal responsibility of the psychiatric patient as we relied on the analytical descriptive curriculum that was best suited to our study Based on the research tools of the half-interview technique directed and analysed the content of two preprepared mental experience reports by the psychiatric and mental experts commissioned by the Tesmelt District Council, The results of the study showed the importance of psychological experience in assessing the patient's criminal responsibility s ability to recognize reality and distinguish between right and wrong, as well as their ability to control their behaviour	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع الخبرة النفسیة وتأثیرها على المسؤولیة الجنائیة للمریض النفسي حیث إعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحلیلي الذي كان الأنسب لدراستنا، معتمدین على أدوات البحث التي تمثلت في تقنیة المقابلة النصف موجهة وتحلیل مضمون تقریري خبرة عقلیة معد مسبقا من طرف الخبیرین الطبیبین المختصین في الأمراض النفسیة والعقلیة المتعاملین بالتكلیف مع مجلس قضاء تیسمسیلت، حیث أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أهمیة الخبرة النفسیة في تقییم المسؤولیة الجنائیة للمریض النفسي، فمن خلالها یمكن للخبیر النفسي تقییم قدرة المریض على إدراك الواقع والتمییز بین الصواب والخطأ، وكذلك قدرته على التحكم في سلوكه.	en_US
