dc.description	Our study was a distinctive exploration of the impact of population movement on place naming. This study came as a result of a careful and comprehensive analysis of place names in the “Farinda” region, with our focus on the semantic and social aspects associated with them. We used a research methodology that balanced between in-depth field research and precise textual analysis, which contributed to documenting and studying local nomenclature in depth and comprehensiveness. Through the results of the study. By reviewing the data and analyses, it became clear that changes in the composition of the population and their lifestyles directly affect the formation of these designations, which highlights the close relationship between people and place in its social and cultural context. Therefore, understanding this deep relationship between labels and social mobility enhances our understanding of the dimensions of local culture and identity, and contributes to enhancing social communication and cultural cohesion in society. Since nomenclature is considered an integral part of the collective memory of a place, understanding this relationship contributes significantly to sustainable development and the promotion of community belonging and local development.	en_US
