dc.description	The process of digitalizing documentary records within archival institutions has become one of the most important operations that most institutions strive to perform. This is thanks to the facilities provided by digitalization, which effectively preserves and makes current archival documents available in digital form for use, thus preserving the original copy. This study aims to examine the project of digitalizing current documents at the Directorate of Ibn Khaldoun University. It highlights the reality and effectiveness of digitalization at the directorate level, along with the key prospects and ambitions it aims for to ensure the project's success and its generalization across all directorate departments, including the archive department	en_US
