| Abstract: | تهدف الدراسة الحالية الى التعرف على العلاقة بين الضغوط المهنية والصلابة النفسية لدى الموظفين الإداريين بمديرية جامعة ابن خلدون تيارت ، تمثلت عينة الدراسة في 80 موظف اداري تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية فيما يتعلق بالمنهج فقد اعتمدت على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي اما ادوات الدراسة فشملت استبيان خاص بالضغوط المهنية والذي تم تصميمه من طرف كرابية عائشة 2021 بالاعتماد على الدراسات السابقة. |
| Description: | the current study aims to identify the relationship between professional pressures and psychological solidity among administrative employees in the directorate of ibn khaldoun tiaret ,the study sample was represented 80 administrative employees who were selected in a intentional way.as for the curriculum a questionnaire for professional pressures.which was designed by krabia aicha 2021 based on previous studies the scale of the psychological solidity of imad mohamed ahmed makhimar 2002. The study reached the following results the existence of a negative correlation between professional pressures and psychological solidity of employees in the ibn khaldoun university directorate the presence of an average level of professional pressure among members of the sample the presence of a high level in the psychological solidity of the sample members there is no statistically significant correlation between the nature of work and the psychological solidity of employees in the directorate of ibn khaldoun there is no correlation between the pressure of the organisation and the psychological solidity of the employees in the directorate of ibn khaldoun there is a statistically significant correlation between the pressures of the work environment and the psychological solidity of the employees in the directorate of the ibn khaldoun Tiaret |
