dc.descriptionThis study aimed to reveal the correlation between the perception of charismatic leadership behaviours and the organizational affiliation using the descriptive method, we collected data from 66 employees working at the Public Hospital of Abdelkader Bounaama in Tessmsilt city, by the Arabic adapted version scale of charismatic leadership (Wu & Wong 2012) composed from 52 items, and the Algerian adapted version scale of Organizational affiliation of Allen & Meyer composed from 23 items. The results show a significant positive correlation between all charismatic leadership dimensions and Organizational affiliation after using spearman correlation coefficient, the study suggest that the hospital administration can increase the level of Organizational affiliation through focusing on the leader's organizational and strategic goals wich can encourage and stimulate work and provide new ideas for the future of the hospital and have visions, also the manager's ability to know the obstacles facing employees in the work environment and their ability to find solutions and take personal risks, which leads to his charismatic influence on his subordinates by developing mutual respect and care, responding to their demands and knowing the struggles they faceen_US
