dc.description.abstractThe present study seeks to investigate the influence of the pedagogical challenges on improving ICT learning tools in IBN KHALDOUN university, it basically focuses on the importance of ICT to enhance teaching and learning process , the main purpose of this research study is to examine the relationship between the pedagogical challenges and the development of ICT learning tools, in view of this work divided into two main parts. A theoretical part which includes the main ideas of the learning process and learning theory. We have also collected the types and the role interaction in online learning also, we discussed the term ICT and its importance in education. The second chapter deals with the methodology adopted to conduct the research study with the analysis of the findings , the data were gathered through a series of questionnaires administered to a sample of (50) students (master 2 didactics and linguistics in ibn khaldoun university Tiaret .) The obtained results provided a glimpse on the foreseeable pedagogical challenges towards improving ICT learning tools. Consequently, students and teachers need to be provided by effective ICTs, and take advantage of appropriate tools in order to improve their teaching process.en_US
