Résumé:	يمكن القول أن ابن رشيق القيرواني في كتابه ""العمدة في محاسن الشعر وآدابه ونقده"" قد استطاع التفرّد من خلال جمع الكمّ الهائل لآراء مختلف العلماء وأشهرهم، حيث شكل منهجه النقدي بشكل جعله محطّ إعجاب الكثير من النقاد؛ غير أن هناك من عدّ هذه الميزة مأخذا عليه كونها انحصرت في الجمع والتدوين، ورغم كلّ ذلك فابن رشيق، وباعتراف أغلبية النقّاد سعى في دراسته لموضوع الشّعر إلى الاجتهاد والنّقل معا، فهو لم يتوقف في جهده على نقل الآراء النّقدية والرواية فحسب بل كان في منهجه معتمدًا على الحسّ والذوق الفنّي، فابن رشيق تميّز بتصنيف وتبويب المنقول والمروي، ونسبته إلى صاحبه إلا أنه في كثير من الأحيان تجده يُزاوج بين تلك الآراء في صورة الاحتجاج بها. فهو باعتباره من أبرز المفكرين والنقّاد العرب يهتمّ في خطابه وبشكل أساسي بتقديم التسلسل الحججي في دعم آرائه أو الأراء التي يميل لها ويتبنّاها. فكانت طريقته في عرض تلك الحجج في نصّ خطابه، وفي مختلف القضايا التي عالجها كثيرًا ما تنجح في الإقناع والإمتاع؛ بخاصّة وأن فعل الاقناع ينضوي تحته مزيج متنوع من الآليات والتقنيات الحجاجية
Description:	It can be said that Ibn Rasheq al-Qayrawani - in his book “The Mayor in the advantages of Poetry, its Etiquette and Criticism” was able to be unique by collecting the huge amount of opinions of various scholars and the most famous of them, where his critical approach made him admired by many critics; However, there are those who consider this feature as a criticism that it was limited to collection and codification, and despite all that, Ibn Rashiq, and with the recognition of the majority of critics, he sought in his study of the subject of poetry to diligence and transmission together, he did not stop in his effort to transmit critical opinions and narration only, but was in his method adopted In terms of artistic sense and taste, Ibn Rashiq was distinguished by classifying the transmitted and the irrigated, and attributed it to its owner, but often you find him marrying these opinions in the form of invoking them. As one of the most prominent Arab thinkers and critics, he is primarily interested in his discourse by presenting an argumentative sequence in support of his views or the views he tends to and adopts. His method of presenting these arguments in the text of his speech, and in the various issues he dealt with, was often successful in persuading and entertaining; Especially since the act of persuasion involves a diverse mix of argumentative mechanisms and techniques. Sommaire: On peut dire qu'Ibn Rasheq al-Qayrawani - dans son livre «Le maire dans les avantages de la poésie, son étiquette et sa critique» a pu être unique en recueillant l'énorme quantité d'opinions de divers érudits et des plus célèbres d'entre eux, où son approche critique lui a valu l'admiration de nombreux critiques ; Cependant, il y a ceux qui considèrent cette caractéristique comme une critique qu'elle se limitait à la collecte et à la codification, et malgré tout cela, Ibn Rashiq, et avec la reconnaissance de la majorité des critiques, il a cherché dans son étude du sujet de la poésie à assiduité et transmission ensemble, il ne s'est pas arrêté dans son effort pour transmettre des opinions critiques et de la narration seulement, mais a été dans sa méthode adoptée En termes de sens et de goût artistiques, Ibn Rashiq s'est distingué en classant le transmis et l'irrigué, et l'a attribué à son propriétaire, mais souvent vous le trouvez épouser ces opinions sous la forme de les invoquer. En tant que l'un des penseurs et critiques arabes les plus éminents, il s'intéresse principalement à son discours en présentant une séquence argumentative à l'appui de ses vues ou des vues qu'il tend et adopte. Sa méthode de présentation de ces arguments dans le texte de son discours et dans les diverses questions qu'il traitait réussissait souvent à persuader et à divertir; D'autant plus que l'acte de persuasion implique un mélange diversifié de mécanismes et de techniques argumentatifs.
