dc.description	Migration is an ancient human phenomenon related to the social and cultural reality of individuals and groups. It is also controlled by economic standards associated with development and the need to improve living conditions. Its causes are multiple from one society to another. Throughout history, the phenomenon goes back to the idea of colonialism, as Algerian society knew the phenomenon of migration significantly during the era of French colonialism. For Algeria, given the policy adopted at the time by the colonial administration, which employed all its military and political means in order to exploit Algerian society, and this is what prompted Algerians from different parts of the country to make the decision to migrate to other Arab and Islamic countries	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تعد الهجرة ظاهرة إنسانیة قدیمة تتعلق بالواقع الاجتماعي والثقافي للأفراد والجماعات، كما تتحكم فیها المعاییر الاقتصادیة المرتبطة بالتنمیة والحاجة لتحسین الأوضاع المعیشیة وتتعدد أسبابها من مجتمع إلى آخر، وعبر التاریخ تعود الظاهرة إلى فكرة الاستعمار، حیث عرف المجتمع الجزائري ظاهرة الهجرة بشكل كبیر في عهد الاستعمار الفرنسي للجزائر نظرا للسیاسة المنتهجة آنذاك من قبل إدارة الكولونیالیة التي وظفت كل وسائلها العسكریة والسیاسیة قصد استغلال المجتمع الجزائري وهذا ما دفع بالجزائریین من مختلف ربوع الوطن في اتخاذ قرار الهجرة نحو دول عربیة إسلامیة أخرى.	en_US
