| Résumé: | تذرعت الحكومة الفرنسية بحجة حادثة المروحة وما تعرض له القنصل دوفال من قبل الداي حسين في 29 أفريل 1827 ، لتشن حملة استنكار شرسة ضد مدينة الجزائر، ذلك الذي اعتبرته الحكومة الفرنسية إهانتا لها فقامت في 14 جوان 1827 ،بفرض حصار بحري على السواحل الجزائرية والذي انتهى بتحضير فعلي للحملة أثناء اجتماع مجلس الوزراء المنعقد في 31 جانفي 1830. ولتكسب فرنسا شرعية دولية في حملتها قامت بعملية تمهيدية لتنفيذ فكرة الاحتلال من خلال جعل المشروع يهم المسيحية كلها. وقد دعمت العديد من الدول الأوروبية فرنسا في حملتها على الجزائر وتمثل دعم هذه الدول في اتجاهين: دعم ديبلوماسي، ودعم عسكري. فالدعم الديبلوماسي كان من خلال تصريحات الشخصيات الحاكمة لهاته الدول، الذين شجعوا فرنسا على القيام بحملتها ضد مدينة الجزائر، والدعم العسكري تمثل من خلال تمويل الحملة بمساعدات تمثلت ب: موانئ، سفن، ضباط... |
| Description: | The French government invoked the pretext of “the fan incident”, and what the Consul Duval was subjected to by the Dey Hussein on April 29, 1827, to launch a fierce campaign of condemnation against the city of Algiers, which the French government considered an insult to it, so on June 14, 1827, it imposed a naval blockade on the Algerian coast Which ended with the actual preparation of the campaign during the meeting of the Council of Ministers held on January 31, 1830. In order for France to gain international legitimacy in its campaign, it carried out a preliminary process to implement the idea of the occupation by making the project concern all Christianity. Many European countries have supported France in its campaign against Algeria, and the support of these countries is represented in two directions: diplomatic support, and military support. The diplomatic support was through the statements of the ruling figures of these countries, who encouraged France to carry out its campaign against the city of Algiers, and the military support was represented by financing the campaign with aid represented by: ports, ships, officers... |
