| Résumé: | عمار اوزقان ،من مواليد 07 مارس 1910 بالجزائر، زاول تعليمه بالمدرسة القرآنية بين الخامسة والسادسة من عمره، ليلتحق بالمدرسة الابتدائية فيما بعد. دخل الحياة المهنية في سن الثالثة عشر بالبريد والمواصلات. انخرط في الشباب الشيوعي سنة 1990 ، وأصبح في 1945 أول نائب جزائري مسلم حيث كان آنذاك الأمين الأول للحزب الشيوعي الجزائري في 1948 ، تم طرده من هذا الحرب بحجة الزيغ والانحراف عن خط الحزب لفائدة التوجه الوطني، هو من محرري وثيقة الصومام في ، 1956 ، تقلد عدة مناصب وزارية بعد الاستقلال، ليعتزل النشاط السياسي بعد 19 جوان 1965، توفي في 05 مارس 1981 |
| Description: | Ammar Ozkan, born on March 07, 1910 in Algeria, studied at the Qur’anic school between the ages of five and six, to join the primary school later. He entered professional life at the age of thirteen with mail and transportation. He became involved in the communist youth in 1990, and in 1945 became the first Algerian Muslim deputy, as he was then the first secretary of the Algerian Communist Party in 1948. He was expelled from this war on the pretext of deviation and deviation from the party line for the benefit of the national orientation. He is one of the editors of the Soummam document in 1956. Ministerial positions after independence, to retire from political activity after June 19, 1965, he died on March 05, 1981 |
