dc.description.abstract	تشكل الوثائق حیزا مهما یعتمد علیه الباحثون والدارسون في البحث عن المعلومة التاریخیة، ضمن مجال أبحاثهم فهي تسجیل للحدث وقت وقوعه وتحفظ تفاصیله وتحمیه من التغییر، وهي تساعد في بناء الهویة الشخصیة للشعوب والأمم والحفاظ علیها فیزود الباحث بمعلومات دقیقة وواضحة عن جوانب متعددة، أهمها التاریخ الإجتماعي والإقتصادي والثقافي لمجتمع ما، باعتبار كتب التوثیق تحتوي على نماذج لعقود كانت متناولة في الفترة الوسیطة، لم تكن معروفة لدى الموثقین الأوائل، مما عزز مكانة الوثیقة وأصبحت حجة القاضي والحاكم في الإستدلال والإثبات كما نبغ فیها الفقهاء والقضاة، خدموا هذا العلم وأدخلوا علیه تغیرات جوهریة وألفوا فیه مؤلفات متعددة الأشكال كوثائق وسجلات إبن عطار نموذج	en_US
