dc.description	Through this study, we have tried to address the topic of communication activities of a telecommunications institution of the State of Tiaret and its role in improving its image. We have relied on the case study methodology and the form tool for gathering information. We have concluded that Algiers Telecommunications Foundation relies on various communication activities at the helm of the telephone. e-mail, social media sites, and so written and audiovisual means to enhance internal and external communication and improve its image in the minds of its audiences, Information about developments and scientific events within them and their role in improving their mental image among their internal and external audiences.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	حاولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة التطرق لموضوع الأنشطة الاتصالية بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر لولاية تيارت ودورها في تحسين صورتها حيث اعتمدنا على منهج دراسة الحالة وأداة الاستمارة لجمع المعلومات وقد توصلنا إلى أن مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بتيارت تعتمد على مختلف الأنشطة الاتصالية وعلى رأسها الهاتف، البريد الالكتروني ،مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي ، و كذا الوسائل المكتوبة و السمعية البصرية لتعزيز الاتصال الداخلي و الخارجي و تحسين صورتها في أذهان جماهيرها ، و لاِنسياب المعلومات حول المستجدات و التظاهرات العلمية المقامة داخلها ودورها في تحسين صورتها الذهنية لدى جماهيرها الداخلية و الخارجية .	en_US
