dc.description	This research aimed to find out the role of private satellite channels in raising awareness of illegal speculation in Algeria. We conducted this study according to the case study approach, in which we employed the observation and interview tool on an intentional sample consisting of five employees from various departments in the Trade Directorate of Tiaret. The most important results of our study were summarized: - The private satellite channels played a distinguished role in informing and enlightening public opinion. - The private satellite channels represent a good addition to maintaining the security and stability of the country through the information it provided to the consumer in order to make him a positive citizen. - The contribution of private satellite channels, indirectly, to limiting this phenomenon, by showing them the raids carried out by specialized teams and the harsh penalties imposed on speculators	en_US
dc.description.abstract	أستهدف هذا البحث لمعرفة دور القنوات الفضائية الخاصة في التوعية من المضاربة غير المشروعة في الجزائر، وقد أجرينا هذه الدراسة وفق منهج دراسة الحالة الذي وظفنا في إطاره أداة الملاحظة والمقابلة على عينة قصدية متكونة من خمسة موظفين من مختلف المصالح بمديرية التجارة لولاية تيارت. وقد تلخصت أبرز نتائج الدراسة التي توصلنا إليها: - أن القنوات الفضائية الخاصة لعبت دورا مميزا في إعلام وتنوير الرأي العام. - أن القنوات الفضائية الخاصة تمثل إضافة جيدة للمحافظة على الأمن واستقرار الوطن من خلال ما قدمته من معلومات للمستهلك حتى تجعل منه مواطنا إيجابيا. - مساهمة القنوات الفضائية الخاصة وبطريقة غير مباشرة في الحد من هذه الظاهرة وذلك من خلال عرضها لعمليات المداهمة التي تقوم بها الفرق المختصة وقسوة العقوبات المفروضة على المضاربين.	en_US
