| Résumé: | تعد التكنولوجيا الحديثة من اهم بوادر العصر الحديث والتي ساهمت في تحسين وتطور و رقي حياة الانسان في جل المجالات و خاصة في تسيير و ادارة المؤسسات العامة و الخاصة و مدى اهمية الارشيف كونه الهوية المثبة للدول بمختلف هياكلها و قطاعاتها، ومنه يبرز دور الرقمنة و الارشفة الالكترونية في مدى حفظ و تحسين سير العمل الارشيفي . ومن خلال دراستنا تم ابراز دور الارشفة الالكترونية للوثائق في الجامعة الجزائرية و مدى تطورها تزامنا مع التطور التكنولوجي الحديث الذي اثر بشكل كبير على الجانب الوظيفي الاداري و كذلك المستفيدين من خلال الاتاحة و الاطلاع على الارشيف بفضل عمليات الارشفة الالكترونية ومنه لتوفير الوقت و الجهد و الدقة في انجاز الاعمال و تسهيل الاجراءات و امن المعلومات كذلك و ايضا ابراز دورها على مستوى جامعة زيان عاشور بالجلفة كنموذج والتي نلاحظ ان لها اهمية كبيرة في تنفيذ القرارات لتسيير عملية ادارة وثائقها و كذا أعمالها، فقسمنا دراستنا الى ثلاثة فصول ، فصلين نظري و فصل ميداني حيث تناولنا تعريف الارشيف و القوانين و التكنولوجيا و تاثيرها و الفصل الثاني الارشفة الالكترونية و دورها و خصائصها و البرمجيات اللازمة لها ، و في الدراسة الميدانية تطرقنا لواقع استخدام الأرشفة الالكترونية في جامعة زيان عاشور و في نهاية الدراسة قدمنا نتائج و مقترحات توصلنا اليها من خلال الدراسة. |
| Description: | Modern technology is one of the most important signs of the modern era, which has contributed to the improvement, development and advancement of human life in most fields, especially in the management and administration of public and private institutions. In the extent of preservation and improvement of archival workflow. Through our study, the role of electronic archiving of documents at the Algerian University and the extent of its development was highlighted in conjunction with the modern technological development, which greatly affected the administrative functional aspect, as well as the beneficiaries through the availability and access to the archive thanks to electronic archiving processes and from it to save time, effort and accuracy in Completion of work, facilitation of procedures and information security as well as highlighting its role at the level of Zayan Ashour University in Djelfa as a model, which we note has great importance in implementing decisions to run the process of managing its documents as well as its work, We divided our study into three chapters, two theoretical chapters and a field chapter, where we dealt with the definition of archive, laws and technology and their impact, and the second chapter is electronic archiving and its role, characteristics and software necessary for it. At the end of the study, we presented results and suggestions that we reached through the study. |
