| Résumé: | تتناول الدراسة موضوع إدارة المعرفة لدى اختصاصي المعلومات : الواقع والأدوار المنتظرة دراسة ميدانية بالمكتبة المركزية لجامعة غليزان. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الإطار النظري لمفهوم إدارة المعرفة وتستطلع إلى الوقوف على الوضع المهني لاختصاصي المعلومات بالمكتبة االمركزية في ظل هذا المفهوم (الواقع) ومحاولة دراسة تأثير هذه المقاربة على تطوير الوظائف والأدوار الجديدة اولمستحدثة من خلبل محاولة رصد المهارات والكفاءات الواجب على اختصاصي المعلومات اكتسابيا في ظل مفهوم إدارة المعرفة لممارسة مهنته على أحسن وجه واستقراء المستجدات التي شهدتها المهنة المكتبية في عصر المعرفة. |
| Description: | The study deals with the issue of knowledge management for the information specialist : the reality and the expected roles (a field study in the central library of the University of Relizane). This study aims to identify the theoretical framework of the concept of knowledge management and explore the professional status of the information specialist in the central library in light of this concept (reality) and try to study the impact of this approach on the development of new and created jobs and roles by trying to monitor the skills and competencies that the information specialist should have Acquiring it in light of the concept of knowledge management to practice his profession in the best way and extrapolate the developments witnessed by the office profession in the era of knowledge. - Our study relied on applying the descriptive approach and using a questionnaire to collect data. The results of the study concluded that the central libraries under study are striving to keep pace with this new approach, but within the limits of their available resources and capabilities, and there is an acceptable level of knowledge management skills among specialists, which in turn contribute to job development. roles and the development of new professional practices |
