Résumé:	سَعت هذه الأطروحة إلى دراسة ف رَض يّات تأويل الخطاب القرآني في مجال الأحكام الفقهيّة بين وتية والصّرفية وال نّحوية والدّ لالية. باعتبارها مفتاح قراءة طبيعة ال لّغة العرب ي آي الذكر الحكيم، وفهمه مع مراعاة مقاصد الشّ ريعة الإسلام يّة التي تُعد الركيزة الأساسية في تأويل الخطاب القرآني واستجلاء معانيه، وبين ذهنيات المتلقي عن طريق البحث في أنماط التَّلقي والقراءة وتأثيرها في العملية ال تّأويلية للأحكام ا
Description:	This thesis sought to study the hypotheses of the interpretation of the Quranic discourse in the field of jurisprudence between the nature of the Arabic language with all its characteristics, and its phonetic, morphological, grammatical and semantic levels. It is the key for reading, and understanding it, taking into account the purposes of Islamic doctrine, which is the main pillar in the interpretation of the Quranic discourse and clarifying its meanings, and between the minds of the recipient by researching the patterns of receiving and reading and their impact on the interpretive processing of the rulings that came with the Holy Quran.
