| Résumé: | يعالج موضوع مذكرتنا" حق الانتخاب في الجزائر بين الحماية القانونية ومظاهر الممارسة" حيث يتعرض لمضمون حماية حق الانتخاب قبل وبعد دستور 2020 ، وكذا في قانون الانتخابات منذ القانون 08/80 المؤرخ في 25 اكتوبر 1980الى غاية قانون الانتخابات الحالي 01/21، كما تتطرق مذكرتنا الى مظاهر تكريس ممارسة الحق في الانتخاب في الجزائر من خلال رصد ممارسة الانتخابات التشريعية والمحلية منذ الأحادية الحزبية مرورا بالتعددية الحزبية وصولا الى الديمقراطية الشعبية في ظل آخر التعديلات ، وتقييم مدى مصداقيتها وتعبرها عن ارادة الشعب الجزائري. |
| Description: | The subject of our memorandum "The right to vote in Algeria between legal protection and manifestations of practice" deals with the content of the protection of the right to vote before and after the 2020 Constitution, as well as in the electoral law since Law 80/08 of25 October 1980 ،until the current electoral law 21/01, and our memorandum also addresses the manifestations of consecrating the exercise of the right to vote in Algeria by monitoring the practice of legislative and local elections since single-party through multi-party to popular democracy under the latest amendments, and evaluating the extent of Its credibility and expression of the will of the Algerian people |
