dc.description	The National Authority for Electoral Monitoring is a constitutional body established by the legislature and entrusted with the task of supervising the electoral process at its various stages. In order to ensure the impartiality of this authority in carrying out its assigned tasks, the Algerian legislator has provided the opportunity for anyone with an interest to lodge an appeal against the decisions of the National Authority for Electoral Monitoring before the competent judicial authority, both regionally and qualitatively. This is done in order to review the legitimacy of the decision, thereby enabling the judiciary to exercise oversight over the actions of the authority	en_US
dc.description.abstract	السلطة الوطنية لمراقبة الانتخابات هيئة دستورية استحدثها المشرع واناط بها مهمة تاطير العملية الانتخابية بمختلف مراحلها، ومن اجل ضمان عدم حياد هذه السلطة عن المهام المكلية بها نجد ان المشرع الجزائري قد اتاح لكل من له مصلحة ان يرفع طعنا ضد قرارات السلطة الوطنية لمراقبة الانتخابات امام الجهة القضائية المختصة اقليميا ونوعيا، وذلك من اجل اعادة النظر في مدى مشروعية القرار، لتصبح السلطة القضائية بذلك تمارس مهمة رقابية على اعمال السلطة	en_US
