dc.description	Although the Constitutional Founder retains the Constitutional Council's manifestations in the Constitutional Court In terms of composition and certain conditions required by the members as well as the role of the President of the Constitutional Court within the composition of the Constitutional Court, Or in terms of powers, especially retaining the same notifications as before the Constitutional Council the Constitutional Court's power of automatic notification, All this makes it a watchdog institution that is not so different from the Constitutional Council. The Constitutional Foundation introduced the amendments to the Constitutional Amendment of 2020 concerning the control of the constitutionality of laws, which cannot be asserted by the Constitutional Court as a supervisory institution other than the Constitutional Council; These modifications are part of the reform of the system of control over the constitutionality of laws for effective control	en_US
dc.description.abstract	بالرغم من احتفاظ المؤسس الدستوري بمظاهر المجلس الدستوري في المحكمة الدستورية ، من حيث التشكيلة وبعض الشروط المطلوبة في الاعضاء بالاضافة الى دور رئيس المحكمة الدستورية ضمن تشكيل المحكمة الدستورية، او من حيث الصلاحيات لاسيما الاحتفاظ بجهات الاخط ار نفسها المع مول بها امام المجلس الدستوري، وعدم توسيعها وعدم منح المحكمة الدستورية سلطة الاخطار التلقائي ، كل هذا يجعل منها مؤسسة رقابية لا تختلف كثيرا عن المجلس الدستوري ، كما ان المؤسس الدستوري ادخل في التعديل الدستوري سنة 2020 التعديلات المذكورة بخصوص الرقابة على دستورية القوانين لا يمكن الجزم بانها المحكمة الدستورية مؤسسة رقابية مغايرة عن المجلس الدستوري ، وانما هذه التعدلات تندرج ضمن اصلاح نظام الرقابة على دستورية القوانين من اجل احداث رقابة فعالة.	en_US
