dc.description	In view of the exacerbation of the risks and effects of the waste of therapeutic activities of various types and classifications, it was necessary to develop a strategy to organize it in order to safely dispose of it without harming humans and the environment. All of its components are identified, sorted, and transported according to the legal conditions in force, so that local communities seek to put in place a set of preventive mechanisms to manage the waste of therapeutic activities through their administrative apparatus at the local level. in environmental pollution	en_US
dc.description.abstract	نظرا لتفاقم مخاطر وآثار نفايات النشاطات العلاجية بمختلف انواعها وتصنيفاتها ومصادرها، مما استدعى الى وضع استراتيجية لتسييرها من اجل التخلص الامن منها دون الحاق الضرر بالانسان والبيئة. تعتبر عملية التخلص من نفايات النشاطات العلاجية من الامور الضرورية التي تواجه الدولة لما تحتويه من مواد خطرة واخرى شديدة الخطورة بعد التعرف على مكوناتها يتم جمعها وفرزها ونقلها وفق شروط قانونية معمول بها، بحيث تسعى الجماعات المحلية لوضع مجموعة الآليات الوقائية لتسيير نفايات النشاطات العلاجية من خلال اجهزتها الاارية على المستوى المحلي. في حالة ما اذا وقع الخطأ هناك عقوبات ردعية ومالية تفرضها الدولة عن طريق فرض ضريبة مالية للمتسبب في التلوث البيئي	en_US
