dc.description	The Algerian donor paid great attention to the urban field and it’s development , this is done by issuing an arsenal of laws in order to control sustainable urban expansion , by adopting mechanisms to ensure control over the management of urban space K this is done by framing it with a compaign of tools and rules that regulate the urbanization movement in a way that ensures the inclusion of the environmental dimension in the development process , and keenness to provid effective protection for the environment , taking into account the aesthetic aspect of the urban environment and its splendor , and rationalizing and justifying its exploitation by involoing actors form civil society and environmental protection association in the planning and design process on the basis of achchieving a blance between the environment and sustainable urban growth .	en_US
dc.description.abstract	أولى المشرع الجزابري إهتماما كبيرٌا بالمجال العمراني وتنميتٌه ، وذلك من خلال إصدار ترسانة من القوانين بغية التحكم في التوسع العمراني المستدام ، عن طريق تبني آلياٌت تضمن التحكم في تسييرٌٌ الفضاء العمراني ، وذلك من خلال تأطيرٌه بجملة من الأدوات والفواعد تنظم حركة العمران ، على نحو يكٌفل إدراج البعد البيئي في العمليةٌ التنمويةٌ ، والحرص على توفيرٌ حمايةٌ ناجعة للوسط البيئي ، يرٌاعى فيهٌا الجانب الجمالي للبيئبٌة العمرانيةٌ ورونقها ، وترشيدٌ إستغلاله بإشراك الفاعلينٌ من مجتمع مدن وجمعياٌت حمايةٌ البيئة في العمليةٌ التخطيطٌيةٌ والتصميمٌيةٌ ، على أساس تحقيق التوازن بينٌ البيئة والنمو العمراني المستدام	en_US
