dc.description	Itis widely agreed that the mountain ecosystems are very important to the balance of ecosystem globally, this is why the international community addressed what can and will threaten the survival of this system by developing new,appropriate stratigies and legal mechanisms in order to protect the diversity of species withe the obligation of all contries to transfer these measures to their domestic legislation,and the algerian legislator has issued a law for the mountain considering that it is one of the systems formed for the algerian region, in addition to the existance of institutional mechanisms concerned withe its protection and standing on the extent of its sustainability	en_US
dc.description.abstract	يعتبر النظام الإيكولوجي الجبلي مهم جدا لتوازن النظام البيئي على مستوى العالم ولقد تصدى المجتمع الدولي لجميع الممارسات التي تهدد بقاء هذا النظام من خلال خلق آليات قانونية مناسبة لحماية الاصناف و الانواع مع الزام جميع الدول نقل هذه التدابير لتشريعاتها الداخلية , ولقد اصدر المشرع الجزائري قانون خاص بالجبل على اعتباره احد الانظمة المشكلة للإقليم الجزائري اضافة لوجود آليات مؤسساتية تعنى بحمايته و الوقوف على مدى استدامته.	en_US
