| Résumé: | ان تعرض العديد من أصناف النباتات و الحيوانات الى خطر الانقراض الأمر الذي دفع بالعديد من الدول الى انشاء المحميات طبيعية لتجنب هذه الاثار ، بل و ان بعضها منها وصل الى درجة تخصيص يوم وطني للمحميات الطبيعية و تبتت بعض الدول في دساتيرها و إشارة الى ضرورة الاهتمام بها من خلال وضع قوانين و تشريعات تحمي هاته الأخيرة كما خول المشرع الجزائري للضبطية القضائية معاينة الجرائم الماسة بالمحميات الطبيعية باعتبارها ذات الاختصاص الخاص في البحث والتحري ، كما أعطى لأشخاص آخرين مهمة معاينة هذه الجرائم وهم يعتبرون أشخاصا مؤهلين بموجب نصوص قانونية خاصة ، ولتحقيق هذه الأغراض تستخدم الإدارة وسائل الضبط الإداري المختلفة و تشمل على لوائح ضبطية و أوامر فردية و تنفيذ جبري و الجزاء الإداري. |
