dc.description	Climate changes have affected the whole world, especially the phenomenon of global warming, affecting all humanity and all fields and dimensions, due to the excessive use of natural resources, which resulted in an increase in greenhouse gas emissions. The study aims to identify the phenomenon of global warming as a severe environmental problem that must be addressed as soon as possible. Only this problem has received international attention. Many legal texts have been enacted from conventions, conferences, and organizations, including governmental and non-governmental, to limit the exacerbation of this phenomenon. dc.description.abstract	قد مست التغيرات المناخية كافة العالم خاصة ظاهرة الإحتباس الحراري طالت البشرية جمعاء وكافة المجالات والأبعاد وذلك بسبب إستخدام الموارد الطبيعية المفرط في إستعماله، الذي نتج عنها زيادة إنبعاثات غازات الإحتباس الحراري. تهدف الدراسة إلى الوقوف على ظاهرة الإحتباس الحراري باعتبارها مشكلة بيئية وخيمة يستوجب علاجها في أقرب وقت ممكن، فقط حظيت هذه المشكلة على إهتمام دولي فقط سنت العديد من النصوص القانونية من إتفاقيات ومؤتمرات ومنظمات منها الحكومية والغير حكومية للحد من تفاقم هذه الظاىرة، فبفضل هذا الإهتمام وضعت عدة تدابير وإلتزامات مع كافة الدول بخفض إنبعاثات الغازات الدفيئة.	en_US
