dc.description	Our memorandum addressed a crucial subject regarding the advancements and economic growth, namely waste recycling. We titled our memorandum: "Waste Recycling Strategies for Achieving Sustainable Development." Under the primary problem statement, we explored the specific strategies associated with waste recycling and their contributions towards accomplishing sustainable development. To address this effectively, our memorandum was structured into an introduction, two chapters, and a conclusion. The first chapter delved into the concept of waste and its legal framework, while the second chapter focused on waste recycling and the prerequisites for sustainable development, elucidating how the latter is attained through the recycling process. Concluding our discussion, we highlighted the most significant findings derived from this memorandum, emphasizing that recycling represents one of the foremost contemporary approaches employed in waste management due to its profound benefits for the environment, economy, and social aspects. In addition, we emphasized the importance of complying with legal regulations in accordance with the intended objectives	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تناولت مذكرتنا موضوعا مهما على مستوى التطور والنمو الاقتصادي ألا وهو رسكلة النفايات حيث عنونا مذكرتنا ب: "إستراتيجيات رسكلة النفايات لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة"، وتحت الإشكالية الرئيسية ماهي الاستراتيجيات الخاصة برسكلة النفايات وكيف تساهم في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة؟"، وللإجابة عليها قسمنا مذكرتنا إلى مقدمة وفصلين وفي كل فصل مبحثين وخاتمة ، حيث دار الفصل الأول حول مفهوم النفايات والأساس القانوني لها أما في الفصل الثاني فتطرقنا الى رسكلة النفايات ومتطلبات التنمية المستدامة وكيف تتحقق هذه الأخيرة من خلال عملية الرسكلة، كما ختمنا بأهم النتائج التي توصلنا إليها في هذه المذكرة هي أن عملية الرسكلة تعد من أهم الطرق الحديثة المتبعة في معالجة النفايات لما لها من فوائد كبيرة على البيئة والاقتصاد والجانب الاجتماعي، والتزام الضوابط الشرعية وفق الغرض المطلوب.	en_US
