dc.description	Climate change is considered one of the most important issues of the current era, and it has come to occupy an important place in the thinking of the international community, due to the negative repercussions on the ecosystems and on humanity, due to several reasons which vary between what is natural and what is human, and between what is human, through industrial activity that contributes to greenhouse gas emissions in order to confront this phenomenon and fight it, held many international conferences and summits, and concluded many agragreements. By ratifying various agreements, Algeria has sought to fulfill its obligations, adapt its legislation and create institutions that reduce greenhouse gas emissions and find effective solutions to climate change, including the transition to renewable energies	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تعتبر ظاهرة التغير المناخي إحدى أهم القضايا في العصر الحالي، و قد أصبحت تحتل حيزا هاما من تفكير المجتمع الدولي ، و ذلك لما لها من تداعيات و أثار وخيمة على الأنظمة البيئة و على البشرية، و ترجع إلى عدة أسباب تتفاوت بين ما هو طبيعي لا دخل للإنسان فيه، و بين ما هو بشري راجع إلى تدخل الإنسان عن طريق النشاط الصناعي المساهم في إنبعاثات غازات الإحتباس الحراري ،من أجل مواجهة هذه الظاهرة و محاربتها عقدت العديد من المؤتمرات و القمم الدولية ، و أبرمت العديد من الإتفاقيات. و قد سعت الجزائر من خلال مصادقتها على مختلف الإتفاقيات إلى الوفاء بإلتزاماتها و تكييف تشريعاتها و إجااد مؤسسات كفيلة بالحد من إنبعاثات غازات الإحتباس الحراري و إجااد حلول فعالة لمواجهة التغيرات المناخية من بينها الانتقال إلى الطاقات المتجددة	en_US
