| Résumé: | حاولت هذه الدراسة إبراز العلاقة بين الموارد البشرية و صناعة السياحة و الدور الذي تلعبه الموارد البشرية في تطور المنشآت لم تصبح مجرد نشاط ترفيهي لسد أوقات الفراغ أو فترات العطل فقط ، بل صارت تمثل قوة حقيقية لما لها من وزن في الإقتصاد العالمي ، وفي خلق الثروة و إستحداث مناصب الشغل و ترقية للتراث الثقافي ، فقد أصبح من الضروري الإهتمام بتكوين لموارد البشرية للإستجابة لإحتياجات القطاع الحساس حيث يعد العنصر البشري أهم مصدر من مصادر نجاح المنشآت السياحية وتمثل رهانا هاما لتنميتها. |
| Description: | This study attempted to highlight the relationship between human resources and the tourism industry, and the role that human resources play in the development of establishments. It has not become a mere recreational activity to fill leisure times or vacation periods only, but rather it has become a real force because of its weight in the global economy, and in creating wealth and Creating job positions and promoting cultural heritage. It has become necessary to pay attention to training human resources to respond to the needs of the sensitive sector, as the human element is the most important source of success for tourism establishments and represents an important bet for their development |
