dc.descriptionEffective communication in the organization leads and helps to a large extent in making sound administrative decisions, as the decision-maker cannot do his job unless he has accurate information in addition to the need to obtain it in a timely manner, which is provided by effective communication and in addition to what he obtains through formal and informal communications, which in turn plays an important role in decision-making. We aim through this study to identify the role played by these communications "formal and informal in the decision-making process, and the descriptive analytical approach has been used in this study, and the most important results of the study: ✓ The study showed that the most effective administrative means in decision-making are written communications (reports), then oral communications represented in interviews and meetings) The study revealed that providing the decision-maker with the most correct information has an effective role in the decision-making process in the institution. ✓ The study showed that direct communication increases the most personal relationships sometimes increase the task of participating in decision-making.en_US
