dc.description	This study deals with the impact of administrative corruption on local development efficiency, and the nature of the concept of administrative corruption, its causes and characteristics, in addition to defining the concept of local development, its components and objectives. Where our focus in this issue is on the mechanisms adopted by the Algerian legislature, which we divided into legal mechanisms, institutional mechanisms, as well as political mechanisms to reduce this phenomenon. The problem of the study is represented in: How did administrative corruption affect the local development efficiency? And this study of ours seeks to activate preventive mechanisms to avoid the spread of the phenomenon of administrative corruption by reviewing the legal system of agencies, bodies and organizations specialized in preventing administrative corruption in order to activate local development through to achieving sustainable development, Algeria is among the countries that were the first to activate economic and social development This, if indicative, indicates the existence of a political will to activate political development and thus involve all actors and local partners in eliminating administrative corruption	en_US
