Résumé:	تناولنا في دراستنا هذه أهمية ضمانات الالتزام الصرفي في حماية حقوق الأطراف وتحقيق العدالة المالية في العقود التجارية حيث توضح الدراسة ان ضمانات الالتزام الصرفي تعد الية قاونية حاسمة لحماية حقوق الأطراف في المجال التجاري والعمل، سهدف قانون الأعمال الى تنظيم هذه الضمانات وتوفير اطار قانوني يحمي الأطراف ويضمن التزامها بالتزاماتها المالية
Description:	In our study, we discussed the importance of financial commitment guarantees in protecting the rights of parties and achieving financial justice in commercial contracts. The study demonstrates that financial commitment guarantees are a crucial legal mechanism for safeguarding the rights of parties in the business and commercial field. Business law aims to regulate these guarantees and provide a legal framework that protects parties and ensures their compliance with financial obligations. On the other hand, we focused through our research on the significance of financial commitment guarantees in enhancing trust and security between contracting parties. These guarantees provide assurance to the parties that financial amounts will be paid according to the agreement, thus reducing financial risks and minimizing payment delays. Consequently, business law grants parties the right to take legal actions in case of non-compliance with financial commitment guarantees. Legal sanctions are enforced to ensure the strict implementation of financial obligations and achieve financial justice
