dc.description.abstract	يلعب محافظ الحسابات دورا هاما في تحسين تسيير الشركات والإقتصاد الوطني ككل، عبر آليات المراقبة للحسابات المالية وفقا للمعايير الدولية، ولثقل الكبير الذي إمتاز به تقريره من خلال الاشهاد بصحة ومصداقية الحسابات، ولضبط هذه المهنة الحرة خصه المشرع الجزائري بنصوص تنظيمية وتشريعية، عن طريق وضع الإطار القانوني لنشاطه وتبيان صلاحياته الرقابية اولضمانات التي تقع على عاتقه. حيث يهدف هذا البحث الى تسليط الضوء على الدور المهم الذي يقوم به محافظ الحسابات في حياة الشركة في مجال حماية وضمان إستمرار إستغلال الشركة تحت ظل القانون 10 - 01 المتعلق بمهنة الخبير المحاسب ومحافظ الحسابات اولمحاسب المعتمد المؤرخ في 25 جوان 2010 ، اولمراسيم التنفيذية اللاحقة	en_US
