dc.description	.Small and medium enterprises occupy a large part in economic activity, being the strongest alternative and the strategic option to overcome many crises and economic problems and exploit the country's wealth and material and moral energies. Algeria was not isolated from this, as it, like many countries in the world, paid great attention to these institutions, and sought to find the disease that the country suffers from and the crises that afflict its economy, then diagnose the medicine that supports small and medium enterprises by taking measures and mechanisms that prepare the ground for the advancement of the country's economy. In this research, we have tried to monitor the rationale for economic activity, and the extent of the impact of fast and fast institutions on economic growth and market revitalization	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تحتل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة حيزا كبيرا في النشاط الاقتصادي كونها البديل الأقوى والخيار الاستراتيجي لتجاوز العديد من الأزمات والمشاكل الاقتصادية واستغلال ثروات البلاد وطاقاتها المادية والمعنوية. ولم تكن الجزائر بمعزل عن هذا، إذ أولت، على غرار الكثير من دول العالم، اهتماما كبيرا بهذه المؤسسات، وسعت إلى إيجاد الداء الذي تعاني منه البلاد والأزمات التي تعصف اقتصادها ثم تشخيص الدواء الذي يدعم المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة باتخاذ الإجراءات والآليات التي تهيئ أرضية للارتقاء باقتصاد البلاد. وقد حاولنا في هذا البحث رصد حيثيات النشاط الاقتصادي، ومدى تأثير المؤسسات ص و م على النمو الاقتصادي وإنعاش السوق	en_US
