dc.description	Custom is the set of practices, traditions and customs followed by certain societies based on their cultural and historical heritage. Custom can include social values, morals and behaviors that are considered acceptable and followed in society. As for the relationship between custom and marital rights, we must understand that marital rights depend mainly on legal and legal texts and legislation that define rights and duties between spouses. However, custom can influence the interpretation and application of these rights in societies that adhere to their cultural traditions and customs.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	العرف هو مجموعة الممارسات والتقاليد والعادات التي تتبعها مجتمعات معينة بناءً على توارثها الثقافي والتاريخي. يمكن أن يشمل العرف القيم الاجتماعية والأخلاق والتصرفات التي تعتبر مقبولة ومتبعة في المجتمع . بالنسبة للعلاقة بن العرف والحقوق الزوجية، يجب أن نفهم أن الحقوق الزوجية تعتمد بشكل أساسي على النصوص القانونية والشرعية والتشريعات التي تحدد الحقوق والواجبات بن الزوجين. ومع ذلك، فإن العرف يمكن أن يؤثر على تفسير وتطبيق هذه الحقوق في المجتمعات التي تلتزم بتقاليدها وعاداتها الثقافية . في بعض المجتمعات، قد يكون للعرف دورًا في تحديد الحقوق الزوجية وتوزيع الواجبات بن الزوجين. قد يؤثر العرف في حالات مثل حقوق الميراث، أو الحضانة، أو الطلاق، أو الإرث، وغيرها من القضايا ذات الصلة بالزواج والأسرة	en_US
