| Abstract: | لقد سعى المشرع الجزائري الى الحماية القانونية للقاصر من حيث النفس, فقد وضع قواعد وقوانين تنظم الولاية على هذا الأخير من خلال النسب والحضانة والكفالة في عقد زواج القاصر وضبطها بشروط وقواعد, أما من حيث المال فقد أحاط هذه الحماية بأحكام وضوابط تحكم نظام الولاية على أموال القاصر من خلا ل الوصاية والتقديم موضحا أصحاب الحق والسلطات وانقضائها ورتبها على تخلفها اجراءات, كما أنه ركز أيضا على حماية حقه في الميراث والتنزيل |
| Description: | The Algerian legislator has sought legal protection for the minor in terms of the psyche. he has established rules and laws regulating guardianship over the latter through descent, custody and sponsorship in the minor's marriage contract and controlling it with conditions and rules.in terms of money, he has surrounded this protection to the provisions and controls governing the guardianship system over the minor's assets through guardianship and submission, explaining the right holders and authorities and their expiration and arrangement of default procedures, and he also focused on protecting his right to inheritance and download. |
