dc.description	Childhood is considered one of the most important stages that a person goes through from birth. During this stage, they are weak and unable to distinguish between right and wrong. Due to various external and internal factors that affect the construction of their personality, they are susceptible to deviation. The phenomenon of juvenile delinquency is one of the most dangerous phenomena witnessed by ancient societies and still exists in modern societies because it targets children. Therefore, modern criminal policy has sought to reduce this phenomenon and protect children from the danger of deviation. This is what the Algerian legislator and international legislation have emphasized through their specific laws, which include a set of rules that ensure their safety and protection	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تعتبر مرحلة الطفولة من بين اهم المراحل التي تمر على الإنسان منذ ولادته يكون فيها ضعيفا غير قادر على التمييز بين ماهو صواب وماهو خاطئ ، ونتيجة لبعض العوامل الخارجية والداخلية التي تؤثر على بناء شخصيتة يكون عرضة للانحراف، وتعد ظاهرة جنوح الاحداث من اخطر الظواهر التي عرفتها المجتمعات القديمة ولازالت في المجتمعات الحديثة لانها تستهدف فئة الاطفال، لهذا سعت السياسة الجنائية الحديثة للحد من هذه الظاهرة وحماية الطفل من خطر الانحراف.	en_US
