dc.description	The penal liability of the real estate developer is one of the innovations in the new real estate promotion law, in order to address the gaps in the previous law. So that the study of the subject of real estate promotion in Algerian legislation requires familiarity with the various legal and regulatory aspects that surround it, including addressing the legal framework regulating it, in addition to the obligations that entail civil, administrative and criminal penalties for violating it. In the first chapter, we dealt with the legal system of the real estate upgrade, which is represented in the nature, types, and conditions of obtaining and joining the profession of the real estate upgrade. As for the second chapter, we dealt with the penalties resulting from violating the real estate promotion	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تعد المسؤولية الجزائية للمرقي العقاري من الأمور المستحدثة في قانون الترقية العقارية الجديد، من أجل معالجة الثغرات الموجودة في القانون السابق. بحيث تقتضي دراسة موضوع الترقية العقارية في التشريع الجزائري ، الالمام بمختلف الجوانب القانونية و التنظيمية التي تحيط بها ،يشمل ذلك التطرق للاطار القانوني المنظم لها ، بالاضافة الى التزامات التي يترتب عن مخالفتها جزاءات مدنية و أخرى ادارية و جنائية. تناولنا في الفصل الأول النظام القانوني للمرقي العقاري و المتمثل في ماهية و أنواع و شروط الحصول اولالتحاق بمهنة المرقي العقاري ، أما الفصل الثاني فتناولنا الجزاءات المترتبة على مخالفة الترقية العقارية.	en_US
