| dc.description | The penal liability of the real estate developer is one of the innovations in the new real estate promotion law, in order to address the gaps in the previous law. So that the study of the subject of real estate promotion in Algerian legislation requires familiarity with the various legal and regulatory aspects that surround it, including addressing the legal framework regulating it, in addition to the obligations that entail civil, administrative and criminal penalties for violating it. In the first chapter, we dealt with the legal system of the real estate upgrade, which is represented in the nature, types, and conditions of obtaining and joining the profession of the real estate upgrade.
