| Résumé: | إن الجرائم الإلكترونية من أفطر التطور التقني الكبير في تقنية الحاسب الآلي واستخدام المتزايد الشبكة الانترنت بكل مجمله من تقدم وخدمات ، لم يمر العالم بسلام حيث تم تطويرها لتصبح عالم من عوالم الجريمة التي تستهدف كل الفئات العمرية من مجتمع خاصة الأطفال بمنهم، اذ شهد اليوم،إقبالا كبيرا منهم استعمال الوسائل التكنولوجيا للدراسة والتواصل والدردشة مما يترتب عنه انتشار الجرائم تهدد حياتهم وتؤثر عليهم نفسيا وجسديا أي صحيا هذا ما دفع الهيئات القضائية إلى رفض إلزامية هذا الأمر بكافة التدابير الوقائية والقانونية ووضع قوانين وطنية ودولية صارمة تهدف إلى توفير الحماية للطفل الذي هو المستهدف الأول لهذه الجريمة. |
