dc.description	Cosmetic operations are among the results produced by the scientific developments taking place in the medical field, aiming to improve the external appearance, whether for aesthetic or medical purposes. With the increase in its popularity, it is accompanied by the emergence of important legal issues. dc.description.abstract	تعتبر عمليات التجميل من النتائج التي افرزتها التطورات العلمية الحاصلة في المجال الطبي تهدف الى تحسين المظهر الخارجي سواء لأغراض جمالية او طبية ومع زيادة شعبيتها يصاحبها ظهور قضايا قانونية هامة ،فقد تحدث جرائم تتعلق بالعمليات غير المشروعة او الأخطاء الطبية التي يقوم بها الطبيب المتخصص حيث يكون مسؤولا عن تلك الأخطاء ويتحمل المسؤولية القانونية ، ولقد كانت التشريعات اكثر صرامة فيما يتعلق بمسؤولية الطبيب في عمليات التجميل خلافا لما هو في العمليات الاخرى.	en_US
