dc.description	Cybercrime refers to illegal activities using computers and electronic networks. There are various types of cybercrimes, including personal information theft, bank account hacking, and intellectual property infringement (crimes committed through information systems). As for electronic incitement to suicide, it involves the dissemination and promotion of content that encourages individuals to commit suicide through websites and electronic applications, such as the Blue Whale Game that has driven many teenagers to suicide. Governments should collaborate in efforts to combat such dangerous crimes that pose a threat to individuals' safety and national security	en_US
