dc.description	This memorandum aims to study the roles of individuals involved in the crime scene within the criminal justice system. The focus has been placed on the public prosecutor, the investigating judge, and the forensic police, and their respective roles in the execution of justice and the achievement of criminal justice. The study has shown that the public prosecutor plays a crucial role in conducting criminal investigations and collecting evidence related to the alleged crimes. The legal procedures to be followed in their investigations have been identified, along with ensuring the rights of the suspects and the accused. On the other hand, the investigating judge evaluates the presented evidence and makes a decision regarding whether to refer the case for trial or close it. This necessitates precise legal investigations and enlightened work to ensure the administration of justice and the protection of everyone's rights. As for the forensic police members, they are responsible for collecting and scientifically and professionally analyzing the criminal evidence. Emphasis has been placed on the importance of their specialized training and equipping them with modern equipment to ensure the accuracy of analytical results and enhance the trust of the judiciary and the community in the evidence presented. The memorandum recommends the necessity of enhancing cooperation and coordination among these individuals involved in the crime scene, as well as improving their performance and alignment with legal and scientific requirements	en_US
