dc.description.abstract	تمثل معالجة الأجور مرحلة ضرورية في إعداد الكشوف الحسابية، حيث من خلالها يتحصل العامل على أجره الصافي، كنتيجة حتمية لما قدمه من عمل، إذ أن المعالجة تعبر عن مجموعة الخطوات والإجراءات المتبعة الهادفة إلى تحديد الأجر الصافي للعامل، وكذا التزامات كل من صاحب العمل والعامل و من هذا المنطلق و بعد التطرق في هذه الدراسة الى الجانب النظري لمحاسبة الاجور و المعالجة المحاسبية لها وجبايتها ومن اجل تفصيل و تعزيز و تقديم فهم شامل للموضوع قمنا بإجراء دراسة تطبيقية في ملبنة سيدي خالد –تيارت-وقد قمنا بأخذ حالتين لإجراء دراسة حولها من اجل الالمام بأهم الجوانب المتعلقة بموضوع الاجور محاسبتها و طرق معالجتها	en_US
